Eat protein rich foods like milk,eggs,meat,chickpeas,etc


Try regular coconut hair oil massages. The oill will make your hair stronger and the massages increase the blood flow.


You can heat the oil for a few minutes before applying it. Try every twice a week and leave it on for atleast 2hours before washing.
First of all, worrying causes hair loss. Also , if you use perms that are stronger, maybe you should consider using mild. Brushing your hair daily helps. Stay away from weaves and extensions, I know we want them, but, these things causes hair loss also.
